Meet Ken

Experienced Seattleite. As a Seattle native, I know Seattle. I have acquired in-depth, firsthand, knowledge about this distinct real estate market over my many years of living and working in it. I know the different schools, traffic patterns, and fair-market pricing that each neighborhood offers. I bring this wealth of knowledge to every interaction with my clients.

Meet Zoe

Born and Raised in Seattle. As a life-long resident of Queen Anne, I enjoyed every aspect of living in the city of Seattle. I developed life-long relationships and received an excellent education through public and private schools in the area. I have fond memories from attending the Queen Anne farmers market with my parents, to attending Mariner's games in the hot Seattle summer sun. I know Seattle like the back of my hand, and can provide all of the information you need to find your dream home located in the perfect area for you.

 

Commitment to Excellent Service. My philosophy is simple; "be the best at whatever you do". From my first professional working experience, doing my best is how I achieve results, and feel intrinsically motivated to work. This has lead me to achieve things I could have never imagined, and rise to the top. In every facet of each transaction with my clients, I am dedicated to providing this service in order to achieve incredible results. 

 

Interpersonal and Organized. I am punctual, organized, and always prepared for what's to come throughout a transaction. I work well, if not best, under pressure, and I will negotiate on my clients behalf to achieve impeccable results. Beyond Real Estate. In my free time, I love travel, photography, eating at the amazing restaurants in the city, and playing sports. I enjoy playing tennis, volleyball, and frisbee in the summer, as well as making a short drive to beautiful mountains to ski in the winter.
